Return & Exchange Policy
As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Luxe Petals London, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Should you have any questions regarding the care of your arrangement or plant, please contact us at the shop during our business hours; we would be more than happy to assist you.
Due to the perishable nature of Luxe Petals London Florist goods (flower orders) any complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please call 0203 759 1977 or email email@example.com with any problems you may have experienced.
If any flowers arrive damaged, you should take a digital photograph of them and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded
Please note we only deliver locally to postcodes mentioned below. For out of radius postcodes please call (02037591977) or email (email@example.com) before placing order or visit us in store. We tend to delivery same day or next day depending on stock and demand. For specific date and collection please call store number to arrange before making a payment.

CR4, SE5, SE19, SE21, SE24, SE27
Orders made outside the postcode areas and that have not contacted Luxe Petals London before hand will either be refunded or extra charge may occur. We will attempt to contact you before refunding or adding extra charges.
